Mr. Jimmy Villalobos has experience in structuring successful investment offerings for brokerage firms for over three decades. As the Investment Banker, CEO and Head Due Diligence Officer, he has reviewed thousands of business plans. This experience has developed unique insights into what funding institutions are looking for and what is not acceptable. He has maintained extensive contacts in the stock brokerage arena and will coordinate agents of Funding Process Management as well as consult directly with companies looking for funding. Mr. Villalobos believes that a small business owner should expect the same level of service and documentation that a large business would expect in the sale of a business. The rules of disclosure and detail are very high in presenting an opportunity to investors. He believes that the same high standards should be used for selling a small business. The only difference should be selling a portion of the shares of a company verses selling all of the shares of a company. He believes that the more a potential buyer of a business knows, the easier it is to make an informed decision.
